Discretion as a coaching feature—not a marketing gimmick

Some clients will never post a transformation. Their wins still deserve structure, accountability, and a coach who doesn't need screenshots to prove value.

Privacy in coaching is often discussed as etiquette. I treat it as protecting your reputation. When every rep risks becoming content, people either perform for an audience or disengage entirely. Neither produces durable strength.

What discretion changes in practice

Check-ins stay direct—voice notes, concise spreadsheets, or whatever channel respects your inbox. Milestones are documented for you, not for strangers. That does not mean we avoid metrics; it means the metrics serve your decision-making, not my marketing calendar.

If you are evaluating coaches, ask how they prove progress without turning your body into collateral. The answer tells you whether their system is built for your life, or for their feed.
