Guarantee terms

The 90-day results guarantee, in writing.

This is the full clause that backs the guarantee on the home and pricing pages. Five short sections — what you get back, what you keep, what triggers it, what you have to do, how to invoke it. No fine print buried anywhere else; if it's not on this page, it's not a condition.

  • Refund amount

100% of the build fee (HK$7,999)

  • Window

    90 days from launch

  • What you keep

Every file, every blog post, every PDF

  1. 01

    What you get back

If you invoke this guarantee, I refund the full build fee — HK$7,999 — to the original payment method, within 7 HK business days of you sending the evidence pack described in Section 04. No partial refunds, no restocking fees, no admin charges. If you paid in two instalments (50% on signing, 50% on delivery), both instalments are refunded.

  2. 02

What you keep — even if you take the refund

Every file I delivered stays yours. That includes the entire codebase, every blog post and SEO brief, the lead-magnet PDF, the 3-month content calendar, the booking flow assets, and the deployed site. I do not take down your site, revoke your license, or reclaim any of the work. The only thing the guarantee removes is the build fee — everything else is yours, forever.

  3. 03

    What triggers a refund

A single, objective performance test. After 90 days from launch, if the website has produced fewer than 3 new paying clients — and you have done everything in Section 04 — you may invoke the guarantee. A "new paying client" means a person who paid for at least one training session and whose first contact with you was through the website, tracked by any of:

    • The website's contact / enquiry form (timestamped submission).
    • The website's booking link or scheduling integration.
    • A trackable phone number or WhatsApp link unique to the site.
  4. 04

What you commit to (the launch playbook)

The guarantee assumes you actually run the site. You commit to all of the following for the full 90-day window. Specific, numbered, so there's no ambiguity later:

    • Launch the site on your domain within 14 days of final approval.
    • Update the link in your Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and any active social bio within 7 days of launch.
    • Make one launch-announcement post on each active social channel within 7 days of launch.
    • Post the website link on at least one active social channel each week for the full 90 days (12 posts minimum).
    • Publish at least 8 of the 12 supplied blog posts on the website during the 90-day window.
    • Follow at least 80% of the 3-month content calendar I deliver with the build.
    • Reply to every enquiry that comes through the website within 24 hours, during HK working days.
    • Keep the site live, on your domain, for the full 90 days.
  5. 05

How the 90 days are measured

The 90-day clock starts on "launch day" — the date the site is published to your domain (not the date it's signed off internally). Launch must happen within 14 days of you giving final approval on the build; if you delay launch beyond that, the clock starts anyway on day 14 from final approval. This stops the window from drifting indefinitely while still giving you a clear, fair runway.

Edge cases

The honest answers to the questions trainers actually ask before they sign.

What if I miss one or two items in Section 04?
Tell me. If you missed something for a reasonable reason — sickness, family, a launch I miscalibrated — we extend the window proportionally rather than void the guarantee. The only thing that hard-voids it is doing essentially none of the playbook (e.g. never launching, never posting, never replying to leads). Honest effort always counts.
Does the guarantee cover the founder cohort (HK$0) builds?
No — there's nothing to refund at HK$0. Founder-cohort terms are different and live in the founder-cohort copy: free build in exchange for an honest testimonial after 30+ days live. You still keep every file under either offer.
What counts as a 'new paying client'?
Someone who paid for at least one session, whose first point of contact with you happened after launch, and where that first contact came through the website (form, booking link, or trackable phone number). Returning clients who rebook don't count. Walk-ins, referrals, and IG-DM-only enquiries don't count toward the threshold (but they're great for you).
What if I change my pricing or offer mid-window and bookings drop?
Pricing and offer are yours to control. The guarantee tests whether the site converts traffic into paying clients at your chosen price and offer — it doesn't promise that any price/offer combination will work. If you change pricing mid-window, the test still applies to whatever you launched with.
What if I want to invoke earlier than 90 days?
The threshold (3 new paying clients) and the playbook (Section 04) are designed for the full 90-day window. Early invocations aren't accepted — but if you're worried results are off-track at day 30 or 60, message me. Most "this isn't working" cases get unblocked by one or two specific tweaks; I'd rather fix it than refund it.

How to invoke

If you've done the work and the results aren't there, here's exactly how to claim the refund.

Send one email or WhatsApp message within 14 days of the 90-day window closing (so by day 104 from launch at the latest). After day 104, the guarantee expires. Include the evidence pack below — once I have it, I confirm receipt within 1 HK working day and process the refund within 7 HK business days.

  1. 01Screenshots of your launch-announcement posts (one per active social channel, with visible dates).
  2. 02Screenshots or a list of the weekly social posts that linked the website (minimum 12 posts across 90 days).
  3. 03Published URLs for at least 8 of the supplied blog posts.
  4. 04Read-only access to the site analytics for the 90-day window (Plausible, GA, or whichever I set up for you).
  5. 05Export of contact-form submissions and booking-tool entries showing fewer than 3 paying clients converted.
  6. 06A 2-line note describing anything from the playbook you couldn't complete and why (so we can talk about it fairly).

Send the pack to the same WhatsApp number or email we've been using throughout the build. There is no separate "claims address" — you talk to me directly, the person who built the site.
