I started The Forge in 2019 after seven years coaching at two HK boutique gyms and watching the same pattern play out: people pay HK$2,400 a month for classes they attend twice, then blame themselves when nothing changes. The system wasn't built for them. I built one that is.

1:1 12-week blocks for clients who want a coach in their corner every rep. Crews capped at six for the strength-and-engine work that's better with a small team. Hybrid programming for the third of clients who travel more than they're home.

Floor sessions out of the Hennessy Road coach hub and partner gyms in Sai Ying Pun, Quarry Bay, and (Saturdays only) Victoria Park. Voice-note check-ins between sessions — never a marketing CRM, never an autoresponder.
