Yes — start with the free 30-minute movement screen. We map what's tight, what's weak, and what's safe to load. If a 1:1 block is the right starting point we'll say so; if a beginner crew fits better we'll put you there.
We work with your physio. Bring the discharge note and any movement restrictions to the screen. About a third of the current roster started in return-to-play mode — programmes are written around what you've got, not against it.
Crews cap at six because that's where the coach can still call form on every rep and pace each interval. Bigger than that is a class; this isn't a class.
Two-track programming: full sessions when you're in town, 25-minute band circuits when you're not. Voice-note check-in after every workout, programme reissued every two weeks based on what's actually possible. Roughly a third of the roster works this way.
24-hour notice reschedules within the same week. Inside 24 hours, the session is forfeited unless you're unwell — then it carries over.
