Floor rules
Plain-English summary of how the practice runs. Full client agreements are signed before the first paid session.
Assumption of risk
Training carries inherent risk. You'll complete a health screen at intake; if anything changes mid-block (injury, surgery, medication), tell the coach the day it happens. Programmes are adjusted around medical advice — not around it.
Payments & cancellations
12-week blocks paid up front or split into three monthly payments. 24-hour cancellation policy on individual sessions. Block-level refunds are pro-rated up to week four; after week four the block runs to completion.
Imagery & permissions
Case-study photography and quotes are used only with the client's written permission. Permission can be revoked at any time and the material comes down within seven days.
Communications
WhatsApp during working hours (Mon–Sat, 7am–8pm). Voice notes for between-session feedback. No marketing list, no automated follow-ups, no DMs you didn't ask for.
