This is a fictional brand built by Hktrainers to demo a personal-trainer website. Not a real coach.

Why The Forge caps crews at six

Group energy sells—but coaching quality is the retention lever. Six is where I can still correct, pace, and keep everyone honest.

I've coached packed classes. They're fun for Instagram. They're brutal for coaching detail. When someone rounds their spine on a swing or speeds up a sled to avoid feeling gassed, I want to catch it before it becomes a pattern—not shout encouragement from across the room.

What six changes

Intervals stay on clock without becoming chaos. Strength work can share racks without turning into a free-for-all. Beginners get scaled paths without holding advanced clients hostage, and advanced clients still get named standards.

If you want anonymity in a crowd of twenty, that's valid—but it's a different product. This lane is for people who still want eyes on their reps.
