60-minute movement screen first — sleep, stress, training history, what hurts when. Then we write a four-week plan you can hit even on a bad week.

Two structured strength sessions, daily walking, and a session-shape that flexes when sleep tanks. Volume scales down before it costs you.

Check-ins, not surveillance

One voice-note a week, optional habit cues, and a quarterly review. No 24/7 macro tracking, no group chat shame spiral.
